General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Orders

Any order placed on the warmly.fr website implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale.

2. Prices

Prices are indicated inclusive of all taxes (TTC) in the currency displayed at the time of order, according to the selected delivery country. Warmly reserves the right to change its prices at any time, without affecting already validated orders.

3. Payment

Payment is secured and processed via Shopify Payments. No banking data is stored by Warmly.

4. Delivery

Delivery terms and times are specified when placing the order. Warmly delivers to many countries worldwide. Available delivery options, as well as associated times and costs, are indicated at the time of order based on the destination country.

5. Right of withdrawal

In accordance with current regulations, the customer has a legal right of withdrawal of 14 days from the receipt of their order, without having to provide any reason or incur any penalties. To exercise this right, the customer must contact Warmly at contact@warmly.fr indicating their order number.

6. Returns

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. Warmly can, upon request, provide a return label, the cost of which will be deducted from the refunded amount.

7. Refunds

Refunds are issued after receipt and verification of the returned product, via the payment method used during the order.

9. Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

These GTC are subject to French law. In case of dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the courts of Colmar will have sole jurisdiction.
