Withdrawal Period

You have 14 days from the receipt of your order to request a return.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at contact@warmly.fr stating your order number.

Warmly can provide a return label upon customer request to facilitate package shipping.

The cost of this label will be deducted from the refund amount.

Return Conditions

• • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• • The product must be returned with all its accessories.

Refund

After receipt and verification of the product, the refund will be processed within 14 days via the payment method used during the order, with return shipping costs deducted where applicable.
