How to use it?
Choose the amount, receive your code by email, and share it with the person of your choice. They simply need to enter it at checkout on warmly.fr.

Shipping


Orders are prepared and shipped within 7 business days after payment validation.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number so you can track your package.
Delivery times then vary depending on the carrier and destination.


How do I return my item?

If you wish to return an item, please contact our customer service at contact@warmly.fr within 14 days of receiving your order, indicating your order number.

Warmly can, upon request, provide you with a return label to simplify the process.

The cost of this label will then be deducted from the refunded amount.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

The return for size exchange is at the customer's expense. Warmly offers free reshipment of the new size once.

Any item not meeting these conditions cannot be refunded.


Return Costs


To simplify the process, Warmly can provide a prepaid return label.


The cost of this label will be deducted from the refunded amount.


Once the product is received and verified, the refund will be processed via the payment method used for the order.
